At Mind Body Knox, our nine licensed therapists and psychiatrist use research-based approaches to address diverse concerns, including stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, OCD, and more. Each operates independently, offering in-person and telehealth services with unique specialties.

Paige is the owner and founder of Mind Body Knox. She is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Trauma-Informed, Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 500) who utilizes several modalities, including CBT and somatic practices, in her work with adults, children, and families. Paige enjoys incorporating physical practices, such as yoga, meditation, breathwork, and nutrition into sessions. Her specialties include stress management, anxiety, panic disorder, Autism Spectrum disorder, and family transitions. She also enjoys working with members of the LGBTQ+ community. Paige is licensed in Tennessee, Texas, New Mexico, and Maine. She is in-network with most major, commercial insurance plans. Lynn is the owner of The Center for Mindfulness and EMDR Therapy at Mind Body Knox. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Certified EMDR therapist, Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) teacher, trained mPEAK performance enhancement coach, and Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 200). She serves on the EMDR Research Foundation Board of Directors. Her approach to psychotherapy utilizes a combination of evidence-based therapies tailored to meet the unique needs of the individual client. Her specialties include anxiety, panic disorder, depression, trauma/PTSD, fears/phobias, grief, abuse, stress management and performance enhancement. Lynn sees adults for individual therapy. Dr. Ault is a board-certified psychiatrist providing psychiatric care to adults residing in Tennessee, Florida, and Alabama. She is well versed in addressing psychiatric conditions such as mood disorders, anxiety, ADHD, PTSD, OCD, insomnia, and other psychiatric illnesses. Dr. Ault has over a decade of experience in providing medication management and therapy services. She is dedicated to providing compassionate psychiatric and mental health services, tailored to meet your individual needs. Dr. Ault is in-network with United Healthcare / Optum, Cigna, and Aenta. Adrienne is a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 12 years experience. She has been trained by Postpartum Support International (PSI) in perinatal mental health. She supports mothers, fathers, and families affected by postpartum depression, postpartum anxiety, infertility issues, birth trauma, pregnancy loss, and pregnancy termination. Areas of focus include, but are not limited to: anxiety, depression, women’s emotional health issues, ADHD, family conflict, grief & loss, anger management, development of improved coping and communication skills, and adjustment to life transitions. Amanda is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Certified EMDR therapist, and Registered Play Therapist with extensive training in childhood trauma and stressors. Play Therapy is evidence based and utilizes a variety of modalities to meet kids where they are developmentally. Amanda believes everyone has a story to tell, and everyone deserves to be heard. Amanda has worked intensely with trauma across the lifespan, adolescent and adult addiction and recovery, and a variety of mood and anxiety disorders. Julius specializes in a wide range of individual, couple, and group therapy interventions. With over 25 years of clinical experience, he focuses on holistic, solution-focused therapy for both adolescents and adults dealing with autism, ADHD, crisis, psychological disorders, trauma, and grief. Julius earned a Master’s in Mental Health Counseling from Freed-Hardeman University and holds specialty certifications in Grief Counseling, Autism Disorder Specialist intervention, and as an End-of-Life Doula. As a member of the Red Cross Mental Health Active Response Team (Tn MHART) and the National Board of Certified Counselors (NCC), Julius is dedicated to not only walking alongside those in therapeutic environments but also providing emergency and acute therapy intervention. He is versed in a wide variety of cultural and religious beliefs to better attend to and respect everyone who comes for services. Jennifer is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a Licensed School Counselor with over 20 years of experience working in the mental health field. She uses an integrative and holistic approach to therapy, focusing on the individual needs and the strengths of each client. Jennifer integrates elements from Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Holistic Psychology, Mindfulness, and a variety of other approaches throughout her practice. Holly is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and EMDRIA certified. Through working with people from all walks of life, she has seen trauma's life-altering impact. Whatever your experience with trauma has been, and however this may be affecting you now, there is help and hope available for you. Trauma treatment is not a "one size fits all" fix but rather an individualized treatment approach. Holly believes that collaborating with her clients to develop the ideal treatment plan is essential. Holly sees adults and adolescents for individual therapy. She accepts out-of-pocket payment only. She also provides home studies for families pursuing adoption.
