Susan started practicing intenSati as part of her journey to heal from an eating disorder. She showed up to class expecting a hard workout to burn calories and check off the exercise box for the day. Instead it was a beautiful practice using powerful, positive spoken affirmations taking the workout from purely physical to totally holistic. Immediately after class she started to notice a positive shift in her self talk. She continued practicing intenSati and experienced benefits in self confidence, self compassion, positive body image, core strength and flexibility. Susan is passionate about leading intenSati to meet each student where they are. She maintains a safe, loving and fun environment where all are welcome exactly as they are.
After becoming certified in intenSati, Susan deepened her meditation practice and expanded her skillset, including learning how to play the crystal singing bowls. Susan leads a weekly guided meditation with soundbath class and has led numerous community and corporate offerings through Mind Body Knox. She also serves as Mind Body Knox's studio coordinator.

Kimberly's life passion is helping people better their lives and live a healthier lifestyle. After 17 years practicing as a pediatrician (2000-2017), she pursued a new career path as an Eating Disorder Intuitive Therapist (EDIT), Nutrition counselor and yoga instructor. Helping others experience health and wellness is her joy and focus in life. Her personal yoga journey began in 2003. She initially took yoga classes at a local gym to help balance her strength and recovery while she competed as an endurance athlete. Yoga was a place allowing her to slow down, stretch, and enjoy recovery benefits. Her favorite classes were power yoga and slow flow ending in deeper yin and restorative poses. She loves to learn and has been certified in 200hr YTT, 100hr Holy Yoga Training, and Disordered Eating Focused Yoga Teacher Training.
Through the practice of yoga in her private medical practice, she helps women and teens find strength in their own bodies, love and appreciation for how they are built, and a place to let go of the stress and rush of life. Through nutrition education, exploring triggers, and rewiring old habits and patterns, Dr. Kimberly has led many through the recovery process into a life free of food and body image obsession.
When she’s not at the studio, you can find Kimberly scrapbooking, reading historical fiction, catching up with her grown boys, watching Marvel movies, or enjoying a nice run or Bike outside! To learn more about Kimberly and her private coaching business visit her website: www.rooted-reflection.com

Kelee is a passionate yoga instructor with over 8 years of personal practice and a commitment to helping others. What began as a search for relaxation quickly became something much more, a transformative journey into the connection between breath, movement, and the nervous system.
Drawn to the deeper layers of yoga, Kelee immersed herself in its philosophy and later became a 250-hour certified instructor, blending traditional teachings with a modern, accessible approach.
